About VeritasWho we are, and what we are not

Veritas Global Trade Ltd. is registered in Guangdong Hengqin, China. We are a factory-backed sourcing and quality-control partner for electric fans — we work with a partner factory in Foshan, check the goods on the ground before they ship, and supply container-sized orders to distributors across Africa.

The name means truth. That is the whole business model: we tell you what a model actually is, we show you the actual unit, and if a model is not good enough for your market we say so instead of pushing it.

Why Work With UsThree things that decide whether your container lands well

01

Factory access, honest terms

We buy direct from the production line in Foshan — no trading layer stacked on top. You get factory-gate pricing and factory-gate specifications, and you know exactly who made the goods.

02

QC before it leaves

Every container goes through incoming inspection in Foshan: function, finish, packing and carton counts checked against the model you ordered. We do not pass a defect along because the deadline is close.

03

After the container lands

Our edge is not only getting the goods made. If a model needs adjustment for your market, if a claim comes up at the port, or you need the next container aligned with your stock — you talk to the same person who arranged it.

How We WorkFrom first message to container loaded

Tell us the requirement

Category, quantity, voltage and destination port. If you need rechargeable DC, say so — 8.4V and 12V are both available and we will confirm the voltage before quoting.

Get a real quotation

FOB pricing against the models that actually fit your quantity and market, with the model numbers named. No vague ranges, no "depends".

We source and inspect

Goods are produced against your order and checked in Foshan before packing — function, finish, packing and carton counts against the model you approved.

Load and ship

Container loaded to the agreed model mix. You get the packing list and the documents you need to clear the container at destination.

Frequently AskedWhat buyers ask before the first container

Are you the factory?
No — and we would rather tell you that up front. We are a sourcing and quality-control partner based in Hengqin, with our team on the ground in Foshan working directly with the factory that produces the fans. That means factory pricing and factory-gate specifications, plus someone responsible for checking your order before it ships.
What is your minimum order?
One 40' container, with up to 2 model mix. If your first order is smaller than that, tell us — we can look at what is realistic, but a full container is our standard program.
Do the models have carton sizes and loading quantities?
Yes. Every model in the catalogue lists its carton dimensions, packing quantity and how many units fit in a 40HQ container. This is the same data we use to plan the load, so you can work out your container before placing an order.
Can you supply rechargeable or DC fans?
Yes. Rechargeable versions run on a DC motor rather than the standard AC motor, and are available across our range. Please confirm the voltage you need — 8.4V or 12V — before we quote, because it changes the model and the price.
Which certifications do you have?
We hold CB and CE test reports against IEC 60335 for our fan products. For shipments into Nigeria, SONCAP (PC + SC) is required, and we work through it with you. Tell us the destination country up front and we will confirm the full document set before the order is placed.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently supply East and West Africa — Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania and neighbouring markets — on FOB terms. Give us your destination port and we will confirm the freight arrangement and the documents you need for customs clearance.
How do I get a price?
Send quantity, voltage and destination port on WhatsApp (+853 63189182) or by email (kent.ip@veritasglt.com). The more of these three you give, the faster we can quote. You will hear back from a person, not an auto-reply.
